Job Description
You are a highly skilled QAD Technical Consultant with over 3 years of experience, seeking to join our team. Your role will involve providing technical consulting for QAD Enterprise Edition (EE), troubleshooting and managing application support tickets independently, working on EDI transactions, system integrations, and process automation. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing applications using Progress 4GL and collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams to ensure smooth project execution. Your duties will also include providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and QAD standards. Your required skills and experience include strong expertise in QAD Enterprise Edition (EE), hands-on experience with QAD/MfgPro, QAD-Qxtend, and Cyberquery (Good to have), expertise in Progress 4GL, experience in EDI and system integration, experience of QRF and EE customization, strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and handle customer interactions effectively, and good oral and written communication skills.
