Job Title: QA Tester (Performance / Manual / Automation / Accessibility) Location: Thoothukudi Job Type: Full-time Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled QA Tester to join our team in Thoothukudi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and Accessibility Testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements. Develop and execute automation scripts using industry-standard tools. Conduct performance testing to assess system stability, responsiveness, and scalability. Perform accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG). Identify, record, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate in regression testing and support UAT efforts. Continuously improve testing strategies and frameworks. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Manual Testing techniques and test case creation Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) Experience in Performance Testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner Knowledge of Accessibility Testing guidelines (WCAG) and tools like AXE, WAVE, or NVDA Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and documentation skills,
