This involves mentoring and guiding Production Specialists, conducting trainings to bridge skill gaps, and staying updated on product features through regular training sessions. Performance assessment is based on various parameters such as the number of cases resolved per day, compliance with quality standards, productivity, efficiency, and completion of triages. The role requires mandatory skills in Salesforce Functional Testing and a minimum experience of 5-8 years.
