Job Description
Role - QA Lead Job Location - Kakkanad, Kochi Qualification - BCA /B. Tech /B.sc COMPUTER SCIENCE Experience - 5+ years Key Responsibilities: 1. Review product requirements and create test plans, test cases and test data. 2. Identify areas to test based on product specifications. 3. Design tests for functional, integration and regression checks. 4. Work closely with developers to understand software features and ensure test coverage. 5. Keep team members updated on test progress and defects. 6. Keep detailed records of test cases, test results and defects. 7. Ensure timely updates in the CRM system for test results and bug tracking. Required Skills: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA lead 2. Must have experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA) 3. Knowledge of Hospital ERP software solutions is preferred.
