The ideal candidate for this position should have 0-1 years of experience in the software field, preferably as a Computer Science or IT Engineer. The salary offered for this role ranges from 2.4 to 3.6 LPA, and there is a training period of 3 months with a stipend of 10 to 15K during the training period. As a Software Engineer, your roles and responsibilities will include: - Analyzing user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility. - Building and executing automation scripts using open source tools. - Analyzing test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs, and propose solutions to minimize issues. - Documenting user behaviors and test results. - Establishing standards and procedures for developers to adhere to. - Collaborating with the development team to diagnose problems and recommend potential solutions. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements and skills: - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
