Job Title: QA Engineer Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and systems meet the highest standards of quality through rigorous testing, analysis, and collaboration with development teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications. Identify, record and track bugs through to resolution using issue tracking tools like Jira. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality. Collaborate with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage. Conduct regression, performance and usability testing. Continuously enhance QA processes and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the development team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes. Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, TestCafe or Postman. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus. Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems like Azure DevOps, Jira or Bugzilla Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
