Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer - Fresher to join our expanding IT team. As a QA Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to assist in maintaining the quality of our software products through manual testing. This role presents an excellent opportunity to commence your career in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Fundamental understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle). - Familiarity with manual testing concepts. - Basic knowledge of any programming language (such as PHP, JAVA, etc.) is advantageous. - Exposure to tools like Selenium, JIRA, or Postman is a bonus (although not mandatory). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Eagerness to learn and advance in the QA domain. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) or QA-related courses is a plus (though not mandatory). - Academic project or internship experience related to software testing is beneficial (not mandatory).
