Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator Location: Thiruvananthapuram Qualification: Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) or related field. Experience: 1 to 3 years Language: English, Malayalam Roles & Responsibilities Leverage the academic knowledge to understand the various aspects of the service delivery and the application of quality indicators to improve the outcomes. Manage and update Excel sheets, including data entry related to the quality improvement program. Perform detailed Microsoft Excel analysis, create pivot tables, use advanced formulas, and design data visualizations to identify trends and monitor service outcomes. Assist in the development and roll-out of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aimed at improving service delivery. Ensure the effective and consistent implementation of SOPs across all departments, promoting high standards of practice and efficiency. Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring that all relevant teams are informed and aligned during the implementation of new indicators, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives. Prepare regular reports to highlight key insights and trends to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
