We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Appium to join our quality assurance team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts across web and mobile platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team in delivering high-quality software products. Experience Required: 3.5/4+ Years Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Playwright for web applications (JavaScript/TypeScript). Build and manage mobile automation frameworks using Appium for both Android and iOS. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and collaborate with developers for resolution. Ensure test coverage through manual and automated strategies. Participate in test planning, estimations, and risk analysis. Advocate for quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to test documentation, standards, and QA process improvement. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on automation experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript). Experience with Appium for mobile test automation (Android and/or iOS). Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript. Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with REST API testing and tools like Postman or REST-assured. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Qualification Requirement: B. Tech CSE/IT, MCA, MSc. IT, BSc.
