Job Description

WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY- KINDLY DON NOT TAKE CANDIDATES FROM SOUTH INDIA LOCATION.

Budget- 15 LPA-25 LPA

Experience-  5+ years

Candidates should have experience in both Automation testing and Manaul testing.

This is a  third party payroll. Everstek will be the payroll company for first six months.

After the second round of interview candidate will be required to submit their documents for background check after which only next round of interviews will take place.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Develop effective strategies and test plans
• Authorize & Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Suggesting automated software test procedures
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Prepare detailed test reports 
• Monitoring assurance metrics and process results
• Conduct regression testing when needed

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Complete understanding of automation systems and databases
• Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus
• Expertise in automation testing tools like Selenium, Katalon Studio, and Cucumber.
