About the Role: As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for creating original and challenging Q&As in the STEM domain that are not easily searchable online, ensuring that they are "non-Googleable". Your tasks will include designing questions that push the boundaries of advanced high thinking language models and providing accurate and detailed step-by-step solutions to accompany them. Required Qualifications: - Holders of Masters degree in Mathematics. - Proficient in writing equations and expressions in LaTeX format. - Possess excellent command of English with superior academic writing abilities. - Demonstrate deep subject knowledge in Algebra, Calculus, Probability, Linear Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, Number Theory, and Differential Equations. - Consistently deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines. - Experience in designing structured problem-solving approaches. - Previous exposure to academic content creation, research, or structured Q&A development is a plus. Skills & Competencies: In this role, you are expected to showcase the following skills and competencies: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and logical reasoning. - Ability to break down complex problems into structured, step-by-step solutions. - Strong communication skills for articulating mathematical reasoning. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in AI/ML-driven problem formulation or model evaluation. - Familiarity with educational technology and online assessment platforms. - Background in red teaming will be advantageous.
