Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Work on data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance. Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Python and Django with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications. Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in the Fintech domain. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Python and Django development.
