As a Full Stack Developer at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS provider specializing in AI-driven people-intelligence and workflow automation solutions for enterprise sales and operations teams, your primary responsibility will involve architecting and delivering cloud-native, microservices-based applications essential for powering mission-critical business workflows. Your key tasks will include: Architecting & Developing Back-end Services: You will be designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance Python microservices utilizing AIOHTTP to ensure scalability, reliability, and observability. Database & Data Integration: Your role will involve building and optimizing MSSQL schemas, stored procedures, and Liquibase migrations. Additionally, you will integrate Redis and Kafka for real-time data processing. Front-end Feature Delivery: Collaborate on React.js components and pages, integrating APIs and state management to deliver responsive, user-centric interfaces. Cloud & Container Operations: Deploy, monitor, and manage services on AWS (or Azure), utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines. Testing, Code Quality & Reviews: Author and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and pytest. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews to uphold best practices. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, QA, and DevOps teams to triage issues, plan sprints in Agile ceremonies, and continuously enhance development workflows. Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: - Over 7 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong proficiency in Python (scripting, Pydantic) and AIOHTTP frameworks. - Deep expertise in MSSQL, including writing and optimizing complex stored procedures and managing schema migrations through Liquibase. - Hands-on experience with React.js, including familiarity with Jest for unit testing and MUI (Material-UI) for UI styling. - Sound knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration. - Demonstrated experience in deploying and operating services in AWS (or Azure), along with familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools. - Ability to work US-shift hours (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST), manage overlapping collaboration windows, and meet tight timelines. Preferred: - Prior exposure to Redis and Kafka for caching and event-driven data pipelines. - Background in building real-time analytics or messaging platforms. - Experience working in Agile environments, sprint planning, and mentoring junior engineers.
