Job Description

As a Python Developer Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining scalable backend applications and infrastructure components. You will be working closely with senior engineers to automate deployment processes and manage VM and container images across multiple regions and environments of E2E Cloud. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python and Django while adhering to SOLID principles. You will assist in developing and maintaining infrastructure automation using OpenNebula, build and launch VM and container images across multiple regions, and containerize applications using Docker for deployment on Kubernetes clusters. Additionally, you will support DR setups using technologies like DRBD replication and collaborate with frontend developers and the DevOps team for end-to-end system integration. To excel in this role, you should have academic project or training experience in Python and Django, familiarity with virtualization and private cloud platforms like OpenNebula, and knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes basics. Understanding of DRBD or similar data replication technologies, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, excellent communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are required. Exposure to Golang or interest in learning Go is a bonus.
