Employment Type: Contract (12 Months) Work Schedule: 6-day work week with alternate Saturdays off Job Description: We are seeking for a highly motivated Python and Dynamo Developer with proven expertise in Autodesk Revit and Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows. In this role, you will play a key part in automating design processes, developing custom tools and scripts, and enhancing BIM productivity across multi-disciplinary projects. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Python- and Dynamo-based automation scripts within the Autodesk Revit environment. Build custom Revit plugins/tools using Revit API and Dynamo to streamline modeling workflows. Collaborate with BIM leads and project teams to identify automation opportunities. Integrate BIM data with external systems and databases using APIs or custom-built tools. Maintain and document a library of scripts and tools for internal use. Support BIM standards and ensure data integrity across BIM deliverables. Required Skills and Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in BIM automation or computational design roles. Proficient in Python programming and Dynamo scripting. Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Revit API. Working knowledge of BIM workflows in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction. Familiarity with design standards, IFC formats, and collaborative BIM environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Forge, Rhino/Grasshopper, Navisworks, or Civil 3D. Exposure to cloud-based BIM platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC). Understanding of Agile or DevOps processes for scripting and deployment.,
