Job Description

As an AI Engineer with a passion for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), you will be joining our fast-moving product and innovation team in Hyderabad. Your primary focus will be on building intelligent systems powered by cutting-edge models for real-world applications like document understanding, smart assistants, and enterprise knowledge retrieval. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire AI solution lifecycle, including model integration, prompt design, optimization, deployment, and monitoring in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key tasks will involve building and deploying intelligent AI features using LLMs and vector search frameworks, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for document Q&A and smart search, designing prompt strategies, integrating AI models into backend systems, and working with various data sources. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 4 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or software development with AI integration. Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or LangChain is essential. Experience in deploying or integrating LLM APIs, understanding prompt engineering, cloud platforms, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are also key requirements. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday, in the day shift at the Hyderabad office.
