Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement operations for our Taloja facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, vendor negotiations, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement process of medical and non-medical supplies. Identify reliable vendors and negotiate contracts for best pricing and quality. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure timely availability. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines. Work closely with finance and operations teams to align procurement with budgets. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Handle vendor evaluation and relationship management. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field. 25 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in healthcare or hospitality. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with procurement software and MS Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
