Expertise in Reports & Dashboards Communication (English), Multi-cultural collaboration (Global) Perseverance & Networking (interpersonal skills) Swift response to customer requirement Expertise in MS Office tools like excel, ppt etc Supplier engagement. Co-ordination with operations & commodity buyers. Responsibilities The following skills and experiences are recommended qualifications for this role: Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel (Macros, Power query), Word, PowerPoint Plan, schedule and facilitate team meetings Plan and coordinate team activities and maintain versatility charts Daily follow-up for data analysis with buyer Collect all datas and prepare Dashboards, Night letter Use data analytical tools (Alteryx, Qliksense/Power BI, GCP, Big query, etc.,) to improve and to automate processes Communication and Presentation skill Critical and conflict management skill Trouble shoot and decision maker Promote and ensure continuous improvement in the team (e.g., safety, quality, cost, productivity and efficiency) Strong verbal, written, and listening skills Ability to relate to employees at all levels of the business Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships Manage positive relationship with all customers Good Team Player Ability to plan workload and mange time to respond to business needs Flexibility to work in different shift timings per business needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Technical / Non technical). 1 - 4 years of experience preferred in Purchase data analysis,
