Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Purchaser to manage our day-to-day buying operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely procurement of quality materials and services, maintain good supplier relationships, and contribute to cost efficiency across the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, service, and reliability

  • Obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase terms

  • Generate purchase orders and track deliveries

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory

  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements

  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder when necessary

  • Handle vendor performance issues and resolve supply delays

  • Stay updated with market trends and sourcing alternatives

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar purchasing/procurement role

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Office and procurement software (e.g., Tally, ERP)

  • Ability to analyze costs and manage vendor relationships

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
