Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Purchaser to manage our day-to-day buying operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely procurement of quality materials and services, maintain good supplier relationships, and contribute to cost efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, service, and reliability

Obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase terms

Generate purchase orders and track deliveries

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory

Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements

Monitor inventory levels and reorder when necessary

Handle vendor performance issues and resolve supply delays

Stay updated with market trends and sourcing alternatives

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar purchasing/procurement role

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Working knowledge of MS Office and procurement software (e.g., Tally, ERP)

Ability to analyze costs and manage vendor relationships
