You are looking for a Senior Purchase Manager to join our team in New Delhi. As a Purchase Manager with 6-8 years of experience in the building material manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing costs while maintaining quality and service levels. Your responsibilities will include developing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives, evaluating and onboarding reliable suppliers, collaborating with internal stakeholders on purchase planning, optimizing costs, monitoring vendor performance, ensuring compliance, overseeing inventory management, leading a team of procurement professionals, and staying informed about industry trends. To succeed in this role, you should have 6-8 years of procurement or supply chain management experience, strong negotiation skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in procurement software, strong leadership and team management skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of procurement best practices and ethical standards.
