Cyrix health care looking for purchase executive: Experience: 1-3 yrs Job Description: Preparation of Monthly KPI Sheet (How Many PO is Closed Of Open List) Daily Checking the Pending Dashboard PR Status. Giving the Status of Pending PR to All Divisional & Zonal Managers Related to Dashboard Complaints. Taking the Follow up with OEM/Vendor for one time service Complaint. After one time Service visit, taking Service Report from the concerned Vendor/OEM If required any Spare parts against one time service visit, Then Collecting the Quotation From Concerned Vendor. After Taken Quotation, I do share to Divisional & Zonal Managers for the PRO/PRM Daily, According to the raised Purchase Orders. Taking Follow up from All Vendors. Tracking the dispatched Materials from vendor side & take the Regular follow-up from Concerned Courier Company Taking the follow up by Calls & E-mails from Vendors, after receive the materials to our organization asking for the GRN from Concern Department. PO Reports daily sharing to our Reporting Manager. Collecting All Pending Invoice of 28 Accounting of UP Zone. Receiving the All Parcels & maintain the data/Register of Courier Receipt Book (Like correspondence Letter of Divisional/Zonal Manager, Purchase Related Items, Faulty Spares & ETC) & sending it for further Process to Concern person.
