Profile Purchase executive

Salary Range - Upto 30k

Experience - 1 to 3 years

Working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure electrical materials and components as per project and inventory requirements
Evaluate vendor quotes and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
Maintain purchase records and prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Coordinate with the store, accounts, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials
Monitor inventory levels and plan orders to avoid stock outs or overstocking
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the procurement process
Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency
Requirements:

Minimum experience in purchasing, preferably within MEP & Panel Manufacturing industry .
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of electrical materials, components, and market trends
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Tally ERP is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Immediate joiner preferred
