PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material. 2. Greet and welcome guests. 3. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. 4. Supervising the housekeeping department and preparing the list of stock. 5. Receive and sort couriers, deliveries, mails etc. 6. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. 7. Keep updated record and files. 8. Monitor office expenses and costs. 9. Travel arrangements including ticket bookings. 10. Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities. 11. Updating appointment calendars and scheduling appointments/meetings. 12. Updating the birthday calendars. 13. Coordination for the events. WHO CAN APPLY: Minimum Graduation with one year of experience. Computer Savvy. Good in English. Effective communication skills.
