Job Description
As a customer service representative at our service center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting customers, managing inquiries about service status and estimates, and facilitating smooth communication between customers and service advisors. Additionally, you will be expected to address and resolve any customer grievances related to service, billing, or delays with professionalism and efficiency. You will also be responsible for conducting service follow-up calls and collecting feedback after vehicle delivery. In addition, you will be involved in organizing customer satisfaction programs, service camps, and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer engagement. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions is an essential part of your role to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle any escalations that may arise effectively. Furthermore, you will support in preparing MIS reports related to customer feedback and complaint closure. You will also be required to promote service-related offers, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and value-added services to customers.
