Job Description

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers. As a Public Relations Coordinator, your main role will be assisting the Marketing Manager in developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotel's marketing communications strategy. This includes managing advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics, and collateral to support the hotel's marketing objectives and enhance its positive exposure in local, national, and international markets. To qualify for this role, ideally, you should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.,
