Job Description

Location- Noida (WFO)
Experience- 5-6 Years
Relevant experience- 5 Years is needed
Budget- upto 12 LPA
Notice period- Immediate-30 Days (max)

Job Summary:
Team1 Consulting is looking for a Proxy Resident Engineer to join their IT team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for providing L3 level support .The candidate will be based out of our client location in Noida itself.

Key Responsibilities:
- Making sure the Proxy is available around the clock.
- Daily Health checks are performed to make sure the infra runs smooth without any H/W or System related errors.
- Responsible for working on multiple technologies ( Windows, RHEL, SQL, DNS, WPAD etc)
- Working on the resolution with the inputs of the OEM support on the timely or urgent basis.
- Providing inputs and expertise on inhouse projects
- Analyze complex technical issues and provide resolution within the defined SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve Proxy related issues using tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, and other diagnostic tools
- Participate in change management processes and execute changes to Proxy infrastructure
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
- Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize Proxy operation
- Participate in incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Proxy infrastructure with other systems
- Must have experience in security tools implementation, solution design, hands on in Cloud security design and implementation.
- Must have designed security solution and capable to prepare HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design) for new requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5- 6  years of experience in Proxy technologies
- Strong knowledge of Proxy, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Strong technical expertise in Cloud, Amazon, Azure, and DNS
- Experience in analyzing Proxy logs and diagnosing issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Symantec Certified Specialist (SCS) certification in Proxy
- Experience with other proxy technologies such as Bluecoat, Zscaler, and F5
- Experience with network security technologies such as Firewalls, VPN, and IDS/IPS
