As a prospective candidate, we are looking for the following qualifications in you: You should have a relevant number of years of experience in leading change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation with a focus on Communications, Training, or Readiness. You must have a proven track record of developing trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across multiple geographies. Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, the ability to multitask, and meet tight deadlines are essential skills for this role. Strong analytic skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in MS Office and Project Software) are required. You should also possess a strong leadership presence, including the ability to effectively manage and influence others. A change management certification from an accredited institution or program is a must. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience is necessary. Preferred qualifications for this role include being a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, having Workday ERP experience, specifically as part of a full deployment involving both HCM and FIN. Previous experience in full life ERP/IT/Project implementation-related projects is a plus. A Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is desirable. The ideal candidate should have the ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items despite organizational complexity.,
