Job Description

As a Construction Proposal and Estimation professional, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates and proposals for construction projects. Your key duties will include analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and other resources, and effectively presenting proposals to clients and project managers. Collaboration with team members, maintaining vendor relationships, and closely monitoring project costs to ensure they align with the budget will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in estimation and proposal development within the oil & gas, industrial, and power sectors, both in domestic and international projects. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in EPC organizations and Project Management Consultancies. It is essential to possess technical knowledge relevant to the line of business and understand client/PMC requirements, as well as have a good grasp of international standards and practices. You should also demonstrate familiarity with global proposal and estimation practices, an understanding of international business requirements, and knowledge of the project life cycle. Experience in coordinating with various functions such as Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication, as well as exposure to site and construction activities, will be advantageous. Additionally, having dealt with vendors, clients, and consortiums in earlier project phases will be beneficial for this role.,
