Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer at MAGWEN Valves Private Limited in Chakan. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, utilising their engineering knowledge, sales skills, and procurement expertise to secure and deliver projects successfully. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of Sales for Indian and International Customers and will be expected to contribute to the growth of business and be aligned to the requirements including but not limited to customer specifications, requests for quotes, proposal development, product information, technical support, and special requests. This position will ensure to provide world class support to our worldwide customers/Dealer/Users/Field Representatives. Review of inquiries & make Technical & Commercial quotes/proposals based on proposed applications. Actively involved in automation related bids Coordinate with Design/Engineering for proposal requirements Analysis of Technical / Commercial specifications defined by the customer considering the International Industry standards. Provide Product training to Distributor sales force as well as Inside and Field Sales team. Qualifications Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing skills Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Sales and Procurement skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Experience in the valve industry is a plus,
