RESPONSIBILITIES Data Exploration Conduct research and select relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools. Recommendations Advise others on how to design new processes and systems that meet professional standards. Data Management Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues. This includes being responsible for developing or operating basic elements of the data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes. Policies and Procedures Development Contribute to the drafting of policies, procedures, and related guidelines within an area of expertise to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements. Insights and Reporting Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports. Budgeting Track budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues. Request for Bid Solicitation/Proposal/Tender Response Gather information and resources and draft and complete proposals and fulfill all process requirements (in terms of deadlines, documentation, etc.) in response to bid solicitations/request for proposal/tender, to create the best chance of being awarded the contract.
