Urgent Hiring: Property Sourcing / Acquisition Specialist - Narayan Bhargava Group. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sourcing / Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Narayan Bhargava Group. Key Responsibilities: Identify and source suitable office spaces across India, ranging from 1000 sq ft to 100000 sq ft, to meet the evolving needs of our business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and brokers across the country. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential properties and negotiate favorable lease terms. Manage the entire property acquisition process, from initial sourcing to lease execution and handover. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in property sourcing/acquisition pan India. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing deals for office spaces. Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Extensive network of agents and brokers across India. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
