We are seeking a young and intelligent Female candidate to join us as a Promotions Assistant. As a Promotions Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks including: - Overseeing all promotional activities such as video shoots and audio recordings. - Acting as the primary face for our promotional videos and events. - Possessing a fundamental understanding of video shooting techniques. - Being willing to travel within Trivandrum for real estate video shoots and related assignments. - Developing content and scripts for YouTube videos and promotional campaigns. - Handling basic work-related calls and real estate inquiries. - Managing call responses and data entries efficiently. - Building and maintaining customer relations. - Engaging in basic office tasks and real estate operations. - Adhering to a Western dress code preference. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills and be a female candidate with a mandatory 2-wheeler.
