Job Title: Product/ Program Manager Experience Required: 10 15 years Location: Remote/Hybrid About the Role: We are hiring a Product/ Program Manager to lead and execute strategic digital initiatives for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in driving enterprise-wide transformation across systems, people, and processes, and strong hands-on experience in integrating technology to enable business agility, automation, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, aligning with business strategy and customer outcomes. Drive Agile project management practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Assess legacy systems, identify digital gaps, and propose modern technology solutions (cloud, AI, automation, analytics) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Business, Product) to drive adoption of digital tools and processes Define KPIs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful program delivery with measurable value Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, and digital upskilling efforts across the organization Evaluate and implement digital platforms such as ERP, CRM, RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, etc. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards throughout digital initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications: 1015 years of experience in IT/Digital Strategy, Program Management, Digital Transformation Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, automation, data strategy, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver digital initiatives at scale Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, etc. Exposure to domains like healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or BFSI Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology; MBA or equivalent What We Offer: Opportunity to drive transformation at scale for a reputed enterprise client Collaborative and innovative work culture Access to advanced tools, AI-led project environments, and senior leadership exposure Competitive compensation and performance-based rewards Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Work Location: Remote,
