Job Description
This is a remote position. We at Fusion Practices are looking for a strong Project/Program Management having 8+ years of experience and background in financial institutions, particularly with experience in financial management, regulatory reporting, and banking-related projects. Full lifecycle project management (from initiation to closure) Budget and financial management (forecasting, cost control, investment project allocations) Risk and change management (RAID logs, governance, compliance, SOX) Stakeholder engagement (C-suite, cross-functional teams, third-party vendors) Governance & Reporting (steering committees, governance structures, project documentation) SDLC & PDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Regulatory Compliance Knowledge (SOX, operational resilience, data protection) Financial Reporting & Regulatory Change Management Knowledge of banking regulations Experience with general ledgers, product control, financial reporting standards Understanding of financial products & front-office to back-office processes Team leadership and matrix management Resource planning and allocation Conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure Vendor & contract management experience Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint Familiarity with Project Management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, etc.) Understanding of financial systems & reporting tools Strong communication & presentation skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving Ability to handle complex projects with competing priorities Stakeholder influencing and negotiation skills Attention to detail and structured approach to work Essential: Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, IT, or related field) Preferred: Certifications like PRINCE2, PMI-PMP, Six Sigma, Agile certifications,
