Job Title: Project Progress Executive (Civil) Location: Namakkal Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a civil-background candidate to join our team as a Project Progress Executive, responsible for tracking and reporting the progress of construction projects from our office. The role requires understanding civil site activities and effectively coordinating with site engineers and management to ensure timely reporting and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily progress updates from multiple project sites Communicate with site engineers/supervisors for work status Prepare basic reports, progress trackers, and documentation Coordinate material requirements and follow up with purchase/supply teams Flag delays, issues, or inconsistencies to management Maintain records of site photos, work completed, and pending work Ensure timely submission of site reports to the management Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Basic understanding of construction processes and site activities Good communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in MS Excel / Word / Email Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply Work Type: Office-based role (not a site position) Coordination with multiple project sites Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): Are you a Diploma or Degree holder in Civil Engineering This role is only open to candidates with a Civil background.
