Project Scheduler Solar Projects* Job Summary:* We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Scheduler with 2-4 years of experience in planning and scheduling solar or renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely execution of solar EPC activities. Key Responsibilities:* - Prepare and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather timelines and interdependencies - Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and assist in mitigation planning - Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and milestone trackers - Conduct regular schedule reviews and generate progress reports - Flag delays and escalate risks related to timelines and critical path Requirements:* - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred) - 2-4 years of experience in project scheduling, with experience in solar or renewable energy projects - Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Excel - Good understanding of project controls, critical path method (CPM), and schedule risk management - Strong data interpretation, reporting, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications:* - Certification in project scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) - Experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar projects or hybrid projects - Knowledge of tools like Power BI, SAP, or ERP-based project tracking modules Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): Please provide these credentials: Name: Email ID: Phone number: Current location: Total experience: Relevant experience: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice period: Work Location: In person,
