We need project partners to develop smart solutions in agribusiness, renewable energy, food processing, and manufacturing sectors. Able to plan, manage, and coordinate green field projects, and ensure successful project outcomes. This role involves driving project deliverables, monitoring project progress, and facilitating client communication. Education Qualifications & Skills Required Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and Consulting skills Strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills are a must to make projects successful Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team setting Strong Domain Knowledge in Engineering/Technology, Finance, and AI/ML is a must Bachelors degree in Engineering and MBA from premier institutions preferred Min 10 years of Project Management Experience from MNCs Compensation and Rewards Selected candidates will receive a minimum 5% stake in the venture after 2 years of tenure in the organization and potential to become a founding member of the venture.
