You are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager/ Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining safety standards on-site. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: You will manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget. Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support to construction teams, addressing issues as they arise. Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Site Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, site inspections, and safety audits. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site. Qualifications: Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5 to 15 years of experience, preferably in high-rise building projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
