Job Description

Manages, develops, and implements project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. This role encompasses 30%-40% responsibilities in Supply Chain Strategy and Communication and also focuses on leading projects within the Logistics function. Key Responsibilities: Leads multiple projects from inception to completion, facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives. Works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals. Designs project plans, develops timelines, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against goals. Identifies, tracks, and collaborates to resolve project issues. Monitors and communicates project status to the project team. Plans and monitors project budgets, conducts research and analysis, and contributes to project design and development. Manages project risk using quality tools to identify areas of risk and proposes alternative solutions. Documents and shares team learnings with other teams to enhance project success. Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with the Project Sponsor and other stakeholders. Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish project tasks; guides and coaches team members; provides developmental feedback.,
