Project Manager - Social Sector (NGO) Experience: 4-5 yrs Location: Wakad, Pune About the Role The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of the project activities. This includes planning, coordination, supervision, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring timely achievement of project deliverables. Key Responsibilities Plan and oversee the implementation of all project activities as per defined timelines Supervise the project team and ensure coordination among team members Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth project execution Review progress reports, field updates, and MIS shared by the team Track the progress of project targets and resolve field-level challenges Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality and impact of activities Organize review meetings and prepare project status reports Ensure documentation of project outcomes, success stories, and best practices Support donor reporting and contribute to the preparation of presentations and communication material Manage project risks and escalate issues as required Qualification and Experience Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Management, or relevant field Minimum 45 years of experience in project implementation and coordination Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and data management Willingness to travel within and outside the project area as needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: project management in ngo: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
