We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager (Intern) to support the implementation of National Mission training programs in colleges across the state. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional project management, communication, and coordination skills. Responsibilities: - Coordinating with colleges, training partners, and stakeholders. - Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Ensuring compliance with National Mission guidelines. - Conducting needs assessment and training requirements. - Developing and executing training plans. - Monitoring and evaluating training impact. - Managing budgets and resources. - Maintaining documentation and reporting. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields. - Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently. - Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
