Job Description
Job Requirements : Develop and Review Project Plans and Blueprints: o Create detailed project plans, blueprints, and specifications. o Review and refine project plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Manage Commercial Fit-Out Projects: o Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects. o Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Client Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. o Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project. Budget and Schedule Management: o Prepare and adhere to project budgets and schedules. o Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial goals are met. Project Team Management: o Lead and manage the project team. o Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success. Compliance with Safety Regulations and Building Codes: o Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes. o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to standards. Sub-Contractor Management: o Manage and coordinate sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality work. o Negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that arise. Bill Management and Closure: o Ensure all financial aspects of the project are properly managed and closed. Resource Planning and Management: o Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands. o Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize efficiency. Approvals and Documentation : o Obtain necessary approvals from clients, architects, and management. o Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. Required Skills : Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. Extensive experience in corporate interior fit-out work. Strong communication skills for effective client coordination. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage.,
