Interior Contractor 1. Technical and Construction Knowledge Materials and Finishes: Familiarity with different materials (wood, metals, glass, fabrics) and finishes to advise clients and ensure quality. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP): Basic understanding to coordinate with specialized subcontractors for efficient integration. 2. Project Management Skills Scheduling and Time Management: Ability to create realistic timelines, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects. Budget Management: Managing finances, from procurement to labor costs, while ensuring quality. Quality Control: Monitoring work to meet quality standards and ensure client satisfaction. 3. Communication and Client Relations Client Consultation: Ability to understand client needs and preferences Team Coordination: Working with designers, subcontractors, and vendors. 5.
