As a Project Manager + Implementation Specialist at our company located in Alappuzha, Kerala, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the product team. Your role will involve overseeing team capacity, monitoring schedules and budgets, organizing projects, and supporting the scoping of new product assignments. You will play a key role in communicating effectively between teams and ensuring smooth implementation and roll-out of high-quality learning solutions. In this role, you will be expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience and proficiency in programming languages such as javascript/typescript, react, python, django, and html. Your ability to understand how the platform works and assist customers in solving their needs will be crucial. Additionally, you will be required to train clients to work independently with our products and ensure their satisfaction. Your tasks will include writing tests, troubleshooting issues, defining tickets based on discussions with product owners and UI/UX designs, and contributing to the further development of the product.
