Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee fit-out projects for F&B operations under the Fashion TV brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in the luxury F&B sector, and be responsible for ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality execution of fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the fit-out process for F&B outlets, including design, construction, and compliance with brand standards. Collaborate with designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and ensure quality assurance. Prepare detailed schedules and report on project status, addressing any issues or delays. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Oversee budget management to avoid cost overruns and ensure adherence to project specifications. Identify and mitigate project risks. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 3-9 years experience in project management, especially in F&B fit-outs. Proficiency in project management and design software. Strong organizational and communication skills.
