The Project Manager (PM) role at HighRadius involves managing and delivering consulting projects to Fortune 1000 Customers. You will be responsible for overseeing client engagements and handling multiple projects simultaneously until completion. This position requires creating project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, and exceeding customer expectations. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with executives and users across the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of projects for Fortune 1000 companies worldwide, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and planning and executing projects for optimal results. Monitoring projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and committed value to customers is crucial. You will also be expected to follow established processes to guarantee high-quality project outcomes. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university, along with a Project Management certification. A minimum of 8-12 years of professional services experience, with at least 2 years in a project management or equivalent leadership role, is required. Experience in mentoring and leading project teams, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and presentation abilities are essential.
