Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage electrical projects within our EPC company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Lead the project execution by coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed according to design specifications and contractual obligations. As an electrical project manager He would be responsible for overseeing the design, installation and supply of electrical systems. Day-to-day, schedules, allocate time, resource and budget, as well as manage staff to ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard. Planning and defining: Defining the project scope and managing the project budget and schedule Completing on time: Making sure the project is completed on time and within budget Implementing procedures: Implementing project procedures Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, procurement professionals, and subcontractors. Assign responsibilities and guide team members in executing their respective tasks. Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments and teams.
