You will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes within specified timelines and budget constraints. Your role will involve supervising the delivery of eConsent and eCOA technologies to both internal and external clients, while strategizing for optimal delivery methods. It will be crucial to coordinate efforts with other project resources, both within and outside the organization, to guarantee seamless delivery. Your duties will include providing strategic and technical direction for the development, design, and configuration of eConsent and eCOA solutions for customer engagements. Effective communication with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions will be essential. You will also be required to advocate for customer requirements within the product management teams and keep customers updated on the status of their enhancement requests. Building strong customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and deepening relationships will be key aspects of your role. You will be expected to develop and maintain project plans, track project timelines, manage project budgets, and oversee the approval of invoices. Continuous improvement activities for assigned projects will need to be implemented, and project information should be prepared and presented at internal and external meetings. It is essential that you ensure all work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies, and procedures while meeting project timeline metrics. The ideal candidate should be a native Japanese speaker (or possess professional and fluent business-level proficiency) residing in Japan. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of five years of related project/program management experience, is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred, and excellent client relationship management skills are essential. Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite are also necessary for this role.
