Job Description Required Experience: 14 - 18 years of experience is required. 14+ years in Commerce and Content Solution Implementation is required. A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in Program Management is required. A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in software development is required. Responsibilities: Candidates will lead multi-disciplinary teams to translate client business requirements into solution visions and high-level architecture. Candidates must oversee detailed design, implementation, and integrations in large, complex agile projects or product engineering teams. Candidate will manage globally distributed teams of CMS (AEM) and commerce solutions, integration, and QA engineers. Candidate is expected to offer strategic insights on digital experience platforms, utilizing CMS (AEM) and e-commerce tools effectively. Candidates must develop and maintain project schedules, communication plans, and risk plans, ensuring project profitability. Candidates will identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project delivery. Candidates should allocate resources effectively, monitor team workloads, and implement quality assurance processes. Candidates must build and maintain stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns and expectations. Candidates will facilitate key SAFe events and ensure adherence to Lean-Agile principles. Candidates should track and report program performance metrics, facilitating communication across teams. Essential Skills: Candidate must have extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM migration projects. Candidate should have a strong understanding of AEM architecture and migration processes. Candidates will have expertise in CMS (AEM knowledge mandatory) and eCommerce solutions. Candidate must demonstrate proven leadership in end-to-end solutions involving commerce, content, order management, and integrations. Candidate should have experience leading large teams and technology engagements. Candidates must possess strong UI/UX design leadership experience. Candidate should be SAFe Agile certified or hold an equivalent certification. Essential Qualification: A bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.,
