Job Description
Job description: Assisting and managing project delivery team (design, procurement, and site) performance of delegated responsibilities and achieving project goals. Interfacing directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements and supply chain, cost estimate and budget, project schedule, quality, and HSE control and risk identification. Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework. Assisting in managing project cost plan including risk allowance. Monitoring and controlling changes/variations. Identifying project risks, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implementing action plans to mitigate project risks. Establishing and preparing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and company. Supervising the monitoring and reporting of the contractors progress against the expectations of their contracts from all perspectives. Coordinating and fostering teamwork between all project stakeholders. Want to have good client handling skills,billing,scheduling,planning. Ability to manage 5 to 8 sites operation.
